Delivery
We deliver nationwide in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We offer free delivery for orders over €150. Please allow 7 working days for your order to be dispatched from Field & Rose.

Orders over €150 - free nationwide delivery in Ireland
Orders under €150 - delivery is charged at €4.95

Delivery Northern Ireland
Orders over €150 - free delivery to Northern Ireland
Orders under €150 - delivery is charged at €9

Delivery Europe
We deliver to Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Delivery cost is €21 per package and takes up to 7 working days.

Returns
We really hope you enjoy your purchase from Field & Rose. If for some reason you are not happy with your order please notify us at hello@fieldandrose.ie within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will advise you where to return your order. All item must be returned undamaged, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for payment of return postage (unless goods are faulty or damaged). Please keep a tracking number for your return parcel. Once your return is received we will notify you and organise a refund. Please allow 10 working days for processing of refund to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If the order you receive is damaged and/or faulty please notify us immediately at hello@fieldandrose.ie . We will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
