Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We deliver nationwide in Ireland with An Post. Delivery is free for orders over €150. For orders less than this the charge is €4.95. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be prepared. Once processed your order will be sent out with An Post.  Please provide an accurate address, Eircode and telephone number at checkout. 

Northern Ireland - free delivery for orders over €150. A €9 charge applies to orders less than €150.

Europe - we deliver to France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Delivery is charged at €21 per parcel and takes 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Returns
We really hope you enjoy your purchase from Field & Rose. If for some reason you are not happy with your order please notify us at hello@fieldandrose.ie within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will advise you where to return your order. All items must be returned undamaged, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for payment of return postage (unless goods are faulty or damaged). Please keep a tracking number for your return parcel. Once your return is received by Field & Rose we will notify you and organise a refund, less the shipping. Please allow 10 working days for processing of refund to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If the order you receive is damaged and/or faulty please notify us immediately at hello@fieldandrose.ie . We will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
